Yes, absolutely. If you prefer to earn tokens instead of directly paying for the data, you can have research assistants (RAs) contribute to the data and transfer their tokens to your personal account. Please do not share your account credentials: ask each RA to create an account.
Yes. Go to your profile and click on the “Offer your tokens” button. You will need to enter the email address of the user you want to transfer your tokens to.
Yes, we offer this service as a courtesy. You can run any of your previous export queries and download the data again. If the data have changed since your last export, you will only need to buy the additional data. Concretely, if your original export contained 1000 cells and the query now returns 1200 cells, you will need to pay the cost of the extra 200 cells.
Since we are continuously improving the data, some of the data you have downloaded may change in the future. However, as a courtesy, we offer the possibility to re-run your export queries and download the new data (if there is more data associated with your query, you will need to pay the incremental data).
