IPRoduct™ is a research project carried out at the lab of Prof. Gaétan de Rassenfosse at the College of Management of Technology at Ecole Polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland. This privacy policy explains how we use the data we collect from you when you use our website.
We collect the following data (for registered users)
- Account Information: first name, last name and e-mail
You directly provide us with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or update your profile
We collect your data so that we can:
- Manage your account in order to remember your actions, preferences, and tokens.
- Email you with notifications you may subscribe to or not.
When we process your order, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
We securely store your data in a database located in France on servers hosted by OVHcloud. Your account information is encrypted with our private key.
We will keep your account information for one year after you deleted your account. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your account information.
We would like to send you information about new functionalities available in the platform or major new developments if you agree.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please go to your profile.
